Payment

Donations can be made via Vipps or bank transfer.

When paying via Vipps, the amount and any recurring payment will be shown before you confirm the payment. For bank transfers, the donor decides the amount and any frequency.

No more than the agreed amount will ever be charged.

Recurring donations

For recurring donations, the agreed amount is charged automatically according to the selected interval.

Cancellation

Recurring donations via Vipps can be stopped at any time in the Vipps app.

Recurring bank transfers must be cancelled in the donor’s own online banking.

You are also welcome to contact us if you would like assistance.

Right to cancel and errors

You can end a recurring donation at any time.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us and we will take a look.

Privacy and contact

We only process personal data that is necessary to carry out and follow up donations.

Use of funds

Collected funds are used in accordance with Helping Hands’ purpose.

We follow up projects and partners to help ensure that funds are used as intended.
